American Pistachio Growers will host Pistachio Week Aug. 10-16 with California restaurants featuring limited-time pistachio menu items.
American Pistachio Growers (APG) will hold its fifth annual Pistachio Week Aug. 10-16, with restaurants, cafés, dessert shops and bars across California featuring limited-time menu items made with American-grown pistachios.

The weeklong event has expanded into additional regions in 2026 and includes restaurants and businesses in Fresno, Tulare, Monterey, Sacramento, Kerman and Sanger. Participating locations include Ampersand Ice Cream, Braised Kitchen, Cafe Fina, Elbow Room Bar & Grill, La Piazza Italian Restaurant, Mulvaney’s B&L, Old Fisherman’s Grotto, Reno’s Place Bar & Grill, School House Restaurant & Tavern and Zaatar Bistro.

Hannah Young, APG’s global senior marketing manager, said Pistachio Week connects American pistachio growers with chefs, bakers, baristas, restaurateurs and other culinary professionals who create menu items featuring California-grown pistachios. She said the fifth-year program is expanding into new communities and adding restaurant partners.
Consumers are encouraged to visit participating businesses during the week to try pistachio-inspired food and beverage offerings while supporting local restaurants.
The annual event highlights the versatility and use of American-grown pistachios in a variety of culinary applications.
