Atticus celebrated Scott Birth, Logistics Coordinator at Rocky Mountain Agronomics, as the 2023 winner of the Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) Rising Stars award.
This program, supported by Atticus, highlights emerging leaders within the agriculture sector and provides them with opportunities for growth and recognition.
The theme for this year’s award was “Next-Level Leadership: Always Navigating Forward.” Birth, a Utah Tech University graduate with a background in business administration, was recognized for his exceptional leadership skills and commitment to setting ambitious goals.
“Next-level leadership to me means to think big,” said Birth, emphasizing the importance of setting high-level goals that drive both personal and team success.
Atticus hosted Birth at its headquarters in Cary, N.C., where he experienced a “Day in the Life of an Atticus Employee,” gaining insight into the company’s culture and operations.
“Scott exemplifies the caliber of leadership we aim to recognize,” said Randy Canady, Atticus Founder and CEO.
