Almond Board hosts soil and irrigation field days

There are three half-day dates offered – each a different location – that will provide information on soil sampling, irrigation and related topics. Lunch is provided.

  • May 4 – Dixon
  • May 5 – East Stockton
Topics will include:
  • Soil Sampling 101 – Presented by ABC staff and Dellavalle Laboratory representatives
  • Estimating Soil Moisture by Look and Feel – Presented by ABC staff
  • How to Choose a Filter for Your Needs – Presented by Netafim USA
  • Full Coverage Irrigation – Presented by Nelson Irrigation
All events are 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and lunch will be provided. Exact locations will be emailed to registered participants prior to the event.
