Supporting students in pecan-growing regions of the state, Georgia Pecan Growers Association announced its 7th Annual Scholarship Award.

Georgia Pecan Growers Association has announced its 7th Annual Scholarship Award in memory of 30-year pecan veteran Jack Thompson. Thompson was dedicated to the promotion and advancement of pecans.
Up to two $500 scholarships will be award to deserving students entering or currently enrolled in college, and will be for the 2022 academic year.
Deadline for applications is Jan. 31, 2022.
