Georgia Pecan Growers Association (GPGA) is set to host the 2024 GPGA Annual Conference and Trade Show, March 19-21. The event will return to Perry at the Georgia National Fairgrounds. The annual conference offers a range of activities and events.
ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
GPGA will kick-off the event with its annual golf tournament at 10 a.m. on March 19 at Houston Lake Country Club in Perry.
ANNUAL SKEET SHOOT TOURNAMENT
The annual skeet shooting event will be held at 11:30 a.m. on March 19 at Meadows Gun Club in Forsyth.
WELCOME RECEPTION
The opening reception will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on March 19 at the Main Exhibit Hall of the Fairgrounds.
EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS
GPGA offers a full day of educational sessions on March 20. This year sessions and will also include a Beginners in Pecan Production course, hosted by the UGA Pecan Extension team. GPGA will also hold its awards luncheon.
ORCHARD TOUR
On Thursday, March 21 participants have the option of attending an orchard tour.
