Key Technology launches high-capacity vibratory conveyors for advanced food processing
Key Technology has introduced high-capacity vibratory conveyors designed to handle up to 100,000 pounds of product per hour.
These conveyors are intended for advanced food handling applications and can be customized for functions such as grading, distributing and aligning various food products.
The systems, which come in widths of more than 10 feet, are engineered to meet the growing demand for increased production in the food processing industry. Jack Lee, president of Duravant Group’s food sorting and handling solutions, said the conveyors are designed to maximize production, streamline operations, and boost profitability for processors.
The high-capacity conveyors can also perform advanced functions such as dewatering, removing fines, and spreading products for downstream equipment. They are designed for flexibility in installation, with options for suspension, floor support, or mounting to other machinery.
The company, based in Walla Walla, Washington, is a provider of automation systems and part of Duravant, an equipment company with a global presence.
