Meridian Growers announced it has promoted Michelle Carter to director of communications. Carter was hired in July of 2006 as a sales and marketing assistant and the company said she has as consistently proven herself a hardworking, dedicated employee.
In her new role, Carter will be responsible for all internal and external marketing campaigns and overseeing all communication strategies for Meridian.
Promoting from within, when possible, is something Meridian feels brings value not only to their customers but to their whole team.
