Monarchs and More Western Habitat Program open for applications
Site prep is conducted by the grower, seed is provided by Monarch Joint Venture, and the seed is designed to be location appropriate based on the region.
Monarch Joint Venture is currently accepting applications for its Monarchs and More Western Habitat Program for plantings in California and Southern Oregon. Previously Known as the California Working Lands Free Seed Program, the program requires a minimum of a one-quarter acre cumulatively on a farm to be dedicated to pollinator habitat.
