California Department of Pesticide Regulation schedules public hearings on 1,3-D regulations
The California Department of Pesticide Regulation and the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment will hold public hearings.
These hearings are an opportunity for the public, especially those in agriculture and pest management, to provide feedback on the draft regulations before they are finalized. The hearings are expected to attract farmers, agricultural workers, community members, and other stakeholders interested in pesticide safety and occupational health.
Proposed regulations are due to be released in November 2024.
