The Georgia Pecan Growers Association (GPGA) will host its 61st Annual Educational Conference and Trade Show March 31 through April 1, 2026, at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry.

The GPGA event kicks off with the 16th annual golf tournament at 11:00 a.m. and the 5th annual skeet shoot tournament at 11:00 a.m., both on Tuesday, March 31. That evening, attendees can enjoy the conference welcome reception from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the fairgrounds’ main exhibit hall.

Returning by popular demand, Dr. Lenny Wells will lead the Beginners in Pecan Production Course starting at 9:00 a.m. on March 31. This course requires separate registration from the main conference.

On Wednesday, April 1, a full day of educational sessions will be held, including the annual awards luncheon at noon. Sessions will conclude by 4:00 p.m.

Pre-registration is encouraged by March 2 for early-bird pricing. Hard-copy registration packets have been mailed, and updates on sessions and speakers are available online. For questions, contact GPGA at (229) 382-2187 or scout@georgiapecan.org.
