Meridian Growers Processing has announced it has hired Cristian Lazcano as its new inventory specialist. Lazcano may be new to the tree nut industry, but he has more than three years of experience managing inventory.
He began in 2019 in sales and transitioned into logistics in 2020 before taking a position as the director of inventory management in 2021. He will be overseeing all of Meridian Growers Processing inventory, from the field all the way through to customer shipments. Meridian is eager for Lazcano to use his wide range of experience to bring fresh eyes and a new way of looking at inventory to their processes.
“I’m excited to be a part of the Meridian team and continue to develop my career in Agriculture. Inventory is at the forefront of many businesses, and I am happy to continue to grow my skillset while helping our business flourish,” Cristian Lazcano said in a recent press release.
